Somehow I’ve managed to live these last 26 years of my life having never seen
Evil Dead, or
Army of Darkness. Yes, I know that’s ridiculous. No, I don’t know how that’s possible—I guess I’ve just been lame, or something.
And as lame as I felt for having not known the greatness of Bruce Campbell
(“Hail to the king, baby”),
Kate admitted to having never seen
Fletch.
So we did a movie marathon. Evil Dead, Army of Darkness and Fletch (we skipped Evil Dead 2) what a combo.
Unfortunately, I don’t think she was nearly as impressed with Fletch as I was with Army of Darkness, but so it goes. Now I’m just left trying to figure out why I had never seen these before…
